Recommended Standard Operating Procedure
Initial Pairing Completed & Ready to Use
1️⃣ Charge All Units
Make sure all BBTalkin units are fully charged before use.
2️⃣ Assign Roles
Decide who will use the Master and who will use Units 1, 2, and 3. One person per unit and headset.
3️⃣ Power On
Turn on all units. Press center button for 2 seconds. (Blue light flash indicates unit is on)
4️⃣ Connect Units with Master (must be within 100 meters)
On the Master, quickly press the channel button (1 second) to connect each unit one at a time. Wait for each to connect before connecting the next.
⚠️ Important Reminder
🛑 Do NOT hold buttons longer than 1 second (prevents pairing mode)
5️⃣ Adjust Volume
Use the + / – buttons to adjust volume. Push volume button up and down until you reach the desired level. Units will remember the setting next time.
6️⃣ Test Communication
Do a quick talk test to confirm everyone can hear and speak clearly.
7️⃣ Power Off
Turn off all units after testing.
