Lastest Master device firmware is V11 – Released Sept. 22, 2023
FIRMWARE UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS:
Download the APP onto your cell phone:
Go into your phone settings, turn on Bluetooth
STANDARD UNIT
Pair your Standard unit to your phone: When your Standard unit is off, press and hold the POWER button down until you see the LED on the unit flashing purple
MASTER UNIT
Pair your Master unit to your phone: Turn the Master on, then hold and press CH1 and CH3 at the same time until you see the purple LED light flashing on your unit.
If you are updating your Master unit, you follow the same process below except you select Master for the unit you are updating. It is very important to select the correct unit when updating.
The unit will show up on your phone’s Bluetooth device list, tap on it and it will connect
The latest firmware for your Standard device is V12 = Released Nov. 6, 2023. The lastest firmware for your Master device is V11.
You will see the version of your unit when the unit is recognized on your phone. Below is an example of where you will see the version of your unit.

Scroll over to your Bb App, tap on it. Follow the prompts within the app.
Make sure you select Standard when doing the update. (If you are updating your Master unit, select Master)
⇒ Once it is finished, before upgrading the next Standard unit, close the Bb App. Go back to your phone settings and Bluetooth, forget the device you just upgraded.
Then start the same process to upgrade your second standard unit.
IMPORTANT:
After you perform the firmware update, you will need to reset and repair your units.
